[A DUET IN COLOUR]
[The composition draws its movement from the body. One musician leans backwards into the curve of a saxophone; the other bends forwards over a brass instrument. Their opposing gestures create a rhythm across the pair, while pink and red give each figure a presence of its own. The work introduces a moment of theatre to the terrace. Set against the open view, the silhouettes turn the familiar act of playing music into a sculptural encounter within the life of the home.]
